The online form, below, allows you to choose the number of guests, location, and date.

We recommend booking at least two weeks before desired picnic date. We can accommodate an event as little as 72 hours before your event without an additional rush fee of $45.

Upon booking, you will immediately receive a calendar invite.

24-48 hours after booking, we send a confirmation email with details.

Day-Of: We have the picnic ready at your reservation time (no early or late arrivals please, we can sometimes offer a 25-minute buffer, depending on the schedule.)

Day-Of: We have the event ready 30 minutes prior to your reservation time

Day-Of Outdoor Picnic: Your picnic tech will send their pinpoint location via text to the picnic host 10-15 minutes before your picnic starts.

Your picnic tech leaves during your picnic and returns at the end of the reservation to cleanup. If you need something during the picnic, you can text them directly.

When booking 2-12 guests, you can complete your booking online with this form, above.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. We will charge the remaining balance to the card on file.

For parties of 13-25+ guests, please email us, we’ll need to coordinate with you directly.

Our primary location is the Palette in Downtown Schenectady. However, we include both park and home/hotel/AirBnb settings.

ALL LOCATIONS are located in the Capital Region of New York. If requesting a location more than 18 miles outside of the Captial Region, fill out a contact form first.

Location details are intentionally vague for outdoor picnics - we send a map and details once booked.

Please note: when you select a location, the system is booking for that specific location. If you make notes requesting a different location, we cannot guarantee availability. You can also email us in advance to request another location but we cannot guarantee availability.

Please double-check the location before completing your purchase as these are non-refundable.
