WE BRING ALL THE STYLE + EASE OF A POP UP PICNIC BUT ON A SCALE THAT TAKES INTO ACCOUNT ALL THE LOGISTICS OF A LARGER GATHERING OF 13-100+ GUESTS.

    We have honed our offering to include the very best of what a picnic can be. Our events are casual but sophisticated, we like to call them understated. The best part is that we make it easy on our clients.

    We don’t offer a lot of options because we think you shouldn’t have to work that hard. We’ve curated an experience that ticks all the boxes: style, ease, comfort, great food + a fun atmosphere. We have a specific offering, we are a picnic company, after all, but what we do, we do well. Our 5 years of hard work have served as a proving ground for the best food, products, locations, and logistical efficiencies. Let our knowledge + experience be the bridge to your amazing event.

  • Catering: Charcuterie Grazing Tables, Boards, Boxed Lunches, Sandwiches, Salads, Sides, Lemonades, Water

    Decor + Styling: fresh flowers + picnic-themed decor, custom decor options available

    Venue Selection: Public parks + beaches, private venues and hotels

    Permits: We help you navigate and acquire permits when required.

    Planning + Coordination with Vendors: We help coordinate with any services we don’t provide. We want your experience to be as easy + pleasant as possible!

Staycation

Home Away From Home

  • $250 + tax

  • Perfect for a romantic evening, anniversary, birthday, brunch with the girls, or just because! The package can be set up in any home, hotel, or Airbnb around the Capital Region.

    Each Staycation package includes:

    • Balloons throughout the ceiling

    • (2) Dozen Roses

    • Candles variety of sizes (Faux for indoor spaces)

    • Balloon Banner ( I Love You / Happy Birthday)

    • Small plates, Cutlery, Napkins, Drinking Glasses

    • Rose petals in a pattern with lights

    • Charcuterie Grazing Box

    *DOES NOT include the price of hotel/AirBnB/ add-ons

    **50% Deposit required ($125)

    ***We must have access to the AirBnB or hotel for 2hrs to set up

How it works.

 

  • Fill out the online booking form. Choose the location and date.

  • A 50% deposit is required

  • Upon booking, you will immediately receive a calendar invite.

  • 24-48 hours after booking, we send a confirmation email with details.

  • Day-Of for Hotel/AirBnb: Client checks in and leaves company information with registration or meets with an event tech to personally provide room/door key. We require 2 hours prior to your reservation time for set up

  • Day-Of for outdoor events: Your event tech will send their pinpoint location to the picnic host via text 10-15 minutes before your picnic starts.

  • Your event tech returns at the end of the reservation to clean up. If able, request a late checkout.
